YTD Resource Tower Summary
Tower Costs and split between Infrastructure and Application costs
Resource towers are a mid-layer view of IT cost. Each tower represents a grouping of infrastructure and application support. This infrastructure perspective allows changes in IT costs to be tracked using a functional perspective. Typically the cost of computing (or storage or network) resources are vital metrics that senior management track. This view provides heuristics that executives and Subject Matter Experts (SME) use to identify changes in the IT landscape.
Further, application delivery and support costs are also tracked at this level of the cost model. Changes in these OPEX values highlights insights into non-RUN costs.
